Southern Atlantic Polytechnic Lauds Humanitarian Minister for Selection of School As Training Center

The Management of Southern Atlantic Polytechnic, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State has lauded the Minister ,Federal Ministry of Humanitarian, Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Hon. Sadiya Umar for the approving of School as the training Center for 2022 N-power program on animations and script writing.

This Commendation was made  by the Founder Pastor pastor Bassey James on his response in a letter of request for partnership sent to the school from office of Minister through the team lead.

In  the letter of response, Communicated to the team Lead and the Consultant pastor Bassey applauded the Minister  for finding the School fit for the hosting of the program and assured the Minister of providing necessary amenities that will give comfort to the participants through out their stay for the program.

The founder further praised  president Buhari for  the undergoing lives touching projects to common Nigerians and the less privileged persons in the society.
In his words " The president will be remembered in so many ways.

He also said since he got letter of approval from N-power, the management has acquired more equipment, solar power light and had spent millions of naira to fixed more facilities as demanded by N-power and consultant officials to ensure the program is successful.

Earlier,the founder had visited the presidency to inform them on official launching of the Magazine on the giant stride of Mr president and took the opportunity to appreciate the federal government on the choice of his School as training center of N- power for South South.

He also revealed that the program will create job for the jobless youth.
The founder thanked the team Lead,  and the Consultant for giving the school a pass mark on on infrastructure.

He said the accolades motivated the school to use 2  weeks to complete a standard restaurant, and also "we have directed that the  police station  we donated to Akwa Ibom police Command be supported with facilities to ensure protection and security of N-power training participants. 

Pastor Bassey  also revealed  that when journalists toured  the school commendation  were given to the school and equally commended federal government for partnership with southern Atlantic Polytechnic.

Akan Okon vs. Umo Eno: Prof Jideoni petitions security agencies against blogger for libel

Professor Jideoni Charles, a Professor of Professor of Graphognomy (Handwriting Analysis), Professor of English Language, and a linguist, has petitioned security agencies against an Uyo based blogger, Wisdom Bassey, over alleged libel. Prof Jideoni had carried out forensic investigation into the West African Examination Council certificate tendered by the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Pastor Umo Eno, before the Federal High Court sitting in Uyo, in his case against governorship aspirant, Mr Akan Okon, and adjudged same as unoriginal. The petition, as sighted by newsmen over the weekend, condemned a "damaging false report carried out by one Mr Wisdom Bassey who works online with Newsline9ja.com on the account of slander and libel against me in a newspaper publication by GLOBAL PILOT earlier this year."
